Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging intact. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase available.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide your order number and clear photographs of the product, its tags and packaging so our team can review the issue.

Email luckyfashionk@gmail.com with your order number, product details and reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions. Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the refund decision.

If approved, your refund will be processed through the applicable refund method. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For size or product-related exchange requests, contact our support team within the 7-day return period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and review of the item's condition.

Products that have been worn, washed, used or altered, or that are returned without their original tags, may not qualify for return.

For order cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the order's processing and shipping status.

Our support team will provide return-shipping instructions and explain any applicable charges when reviewing your request.
